Avonova operates in Sweden and Norway with a broad local presence and offers digital occupational health services across Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Avonova Health manages 114 owned sites and 52 partner locations, providing a total of 166 locations where both Avonova Solutions subscribers and Avonova’s other clients can access occupational health and workplace environment expertise.
Avonova Solutions’ online platform and mobile app also offer occupational health services in Finland, such as workplace safety support, incident reporting, and remote consultations.
This combination of physical locations and digital services aims to provide comprehensive coverage and responsiveness throughout the region.

A market driven by well-being and societal expectations
Avonova’s mission is to build sustainable workplaces for the society. Our driving force is also aligned with the demands of society, since we operate in a market driven by legal requirements for companies to provide workplace safety and occupation health. In Norway, for example, regulations require employers to have a structured and approved approach to HSE reporting with further requirements arising if certain risk conditions are met. And in Sweden employers are required to provide a safe workplace according to the work environment act, and if the employer lacks the expertise, external assistance must be acquired.
In front of clinical, digital & media excellence
Our position at the forefront of development in the Nordics is also clear when we look at our adoption of the latest clinical methods, our broadest digital offering, and our highest proportion of experts. We also pursue clear and consistent marketing of our services, which has resulted in a commanding position in media visibility. During the first half of 2025, we accounted for 73 percent of the total media visibility for occupational health compared to the two other main market players in Norway and Sweden.
